Transfer Agents – Senior Officers to Senior Managers (M/F)
Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of our Transfer Agency dealing team, driving accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution across all investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions and transfers in line with fund prospectus, internal procedures and cut-off times
- Safeguarding the integrity of the investor register and related documentation, delivering precise record-keeping and seamless investor communications and reporting
- Coordinate with investors and client relationship teams to clarify instructions, resolve discrepancies and respond to dealing queries
- Support the production of contract notes, confirmations and investor statements and ensure timely delivery to investors
- Assist in managing investor-related dealing calendars for various AIFs
- Mentoring and development of junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in excellence, compliance, and client-centric service

Experience & qualifications
- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in a Transfer Agency or Investor Services function within the Luxembourg fund industry
- Solid knowledge of fund operations and relevant regulatory requirements
- Keen attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or any other language is considered an asset
