A Chartered Accountant (ACA, CA(SA)) by training, Ryan established Seles in 2009 with the vision of creating a finance partner to real estate investment managers who require more than traditional outsourced accounting.
Ryan’s expertise sits at the intersection of finance and real estate. He has built his career supporting property investment structures across the full lifecycle – from acquisition through to asset management and exit. His work focuses on delivering clarity, governance, and strategic financial oversight within complex real estate vehicles.
Ryan has also contributed to industry knowledge sharing, including delivering professional training on property company financial reporting and accounting frameworks.
Based in London, Ryan is closely involved in client relationships and strategic advisory, with a focus on helping real estate investors build robust, scalable financial infrastructures.
Earlier is his career, Ryan trained at Deloitte Johannesburg including a secondment to Atlanta, USA. Ryan held various finance roles at ICI, GE and LGIM before founding Seles in 2009.
