Gaël is an ATOZ Services Partner.
A professional in his field since 2005, Gael has experience in all aspects of mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate and commercial work. He advises on the implementation of complex corporate structures involving multiple jurisdictions and advisers. Before joining ATOZ Services, he worked at ATOZ Tax Advisers for 16 years.
Gaël is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg (“Expert-Comptable”), holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Rennes in France and a LLM degree in International Business Law from the University of Exeter, the United Kingdom.
Gaël is a member of the Legal Committee and of the AML working group of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA).
