Desislava is a Director in the International & Corporate Tax department at ATOZ.
A tax professional since 2014, Desislava has experience in Luxembourg tax advisory, including FATCA and CRS. With a keen understanding of the complex and diverse challenges faced by cross-border businesses, she manages Article 63 TFEU reclaims for US, Canadian and European funds, reclaiming dividend withholding tax in 12 European countries.
Her professional experience has been gained in Luxembourg, where she also completed her education.
Desislava holds a post-graduate degree in Banking and Finance and a degree in Law. Additionally, she has completed the PRINCE2 training course.
She speaks English, German and Bulgarian.
