Barbara Schwartz

A tax professional since 2014, and currently based in Dubai, Barbara has experience in advising a wide range of international clients on direct tax aspects of cross-border operations, set-up of investment structures, reorganisations and exit planning. She is also active in private equity and real estate fund set-up, carried interest, deal structuring and mergers & acquisitions.

Barbara holds a certificate of complementary courses in Luxembourg law (“CCDL”), as well as a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg Tax. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Law with a major in Accounting and Financial Law from the University of Nancy, France and a Master’s degree in Management with a major in Finance (Grande École Degree) from the ICN Business School.

She speaks English and French.
