ATOZ Governance Services provides independent governance solutions to the financial sector including compliance support, focusing primarily on investment funds and investment fund managers, both in the traditional and alternative sectors.
To support our continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit a:
Senior Liquidation Officer – (M/F)
Your position:
- Management of a portfolio of liquidation mandates, under the supervision of the Liquidation Manager and the appointed liquidator
- General oversight of the entire liquidation processes, in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and service providers (e.g. initiator, portfolio manager, central administration, depositary, approved statutory auditor, legal and tax advisors, CSSF, etc.)
- Drafting or reviewing liquidation budgets, cash reconciliations, payment instructions, VAT and tax returns, liquidation accounts, liquidator report
- Drafting or reviewing liquidator resolutions, minutes of the general meetings of shareholders
- Ensuring adequate and timely responses to clients’ requests
Your profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Economics
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in fund accounting, preferably within a Big Four firm, a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS), an investment fund manager, or an investment fund, ideally with exposure to alternative investments
- You possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- You are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- You are fluent in English (German, French and/or any other European languages is/are considered an asset)
- You have sound knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory requirements applicable to investment funds
- You have a good understanding in corporate governance practices, including preparation of Liquidator resolutions, shareholders resolutions
- You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft office Suite, particularly Excel and Word with the ability to create, manage, and maintain databases
- You are a flexible team player
