Transfer Agents – From Senior Officers to Senior Managers (M/F)
Job description
Your main responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of our Transfer Agency team, driving accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution across all investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, transfers, and KYC and AML reviews.
- Spearheading investor onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks
- Safeguarding the integrity of the investor register and related documentation, delivering precise record-keeping and seamless investor communications and reporting
- Mentoring and development of junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in excellence, compliance, and client-centric service

Experience & qualifications
- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in a Transfer Agency or Investor Services function within the Luxembourg fund industry
- Solid knowledge of fund operations and relevant regulatory requirements (AML/KYC, AIFMD)
- Keen attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or any other language is considered an asset
