Ryan is Head of Private Equity at ATOZ Services UK.
He has more than a two decades of direct private equity experience in the field of fund administration, corporate and
management services, having worked in South Africa and the UK. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers
SA before coming to the UK, where he worked at Charterhouse Bank and Charterhouse Capital Partners for over
two decades. He was the monitoring director at CCP, where he was responsible for valuation approval; accounting
for investment holding company structures, LLP, CoInvestment and Carried Interest Partnerships; ILPA reporting.
Ryan has extensive experience in the management of complex crossborder corporate structures. He has served
as director and observer on the board of many clients’ investment vehicles and assists them on maintaining a high
level of governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
With an honour’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Africa in Pretoria, Ryan is a
chartered accountant in both the UK and South Africa.
